Holiday Inn 國家機場/水晶城 (Holiday Inn NATIONAL AIRPORT/CRYSTAL CITY by IHG)

This hotel is about 1 km from the Crystal City Metro Station, and about 200 ms from a CVS Pharmacy Store which is open 24 hours. A McDonalds is right outside the hotel, which is super convenient for a quick snack. There is free airport shuttle, but understand at some times, there is insufficient capacity for guests. For example, I arrived at 10:00pm at DCA Airport, after waiting the 30 mins for the shuttle at the airport, it arrived with no room for luggage or passengers. Told there was one more shuttle coming, (another 30 mins) so I decided to take lyft/uber for $20 to the hotel, with another guest from the hotel. While it is 1 mile from the airport, its a little difficulty with luggage. The hotel itself is old, but well maintained. The bathrooms have a noisy fan, every time the light go on. The desk is too high, and chair is not sufficient for effective computer work, because of the height issue. Still, the room is spacious and beds are comfortable. There is $50 deposit charge for incidentals per night not per stay. I requested a room with airports views and was given the best the hotel could - a glimpse through the surrounding buildings to river and some view of planes. Overall, this hotel represents very good value for money, particularly considering the 4 July celebrations. My 4 night stay was significantly less than other hotels in the area. I would certainly recommend this hotel and it is still good choice to visit Washington sights, without the high cost of hotels closer to downtown. And the walk to metro is about 10 to 15 mins.

The hotel was nice, there is a mcdonalds right beside and good convenient location. Courteous staff, room was good. Value for money and would stay again :)

就在機場邊上，取了行李就看到班車過來了，很方便。酒店有些年代，但是設施方便，隔音也好。早餐質量不錯，出差推薦。

總的來説可以，但是吃飯比較麻煩，還要拿餐券，然後才能去吃早餐，不像其他假日酒店直接去吃早飯就行了。

房間不錯，服務也很好， 交通位置很方便，去華盛頓市區打車，價格也很不貴，十幾分鍾就能到市中心各大景點，酒店的邊上就是一個24小時的麥當勞，吃東西也很方便

除了靠近機場，有穿梭巴士接送這點方便以外，沒有任何優點！前台的服務很差，很惡劣，我們住三天，居然扣了我們530塊錢的按金，而且故意不發早餐卷！這個工作人員惡劣至極！我們會一直追蹤投訴下去，讓全世界都知道他的嘴臉！通過訂房網站投訴承認多扣了¥380，至今半個多月過去了，都還沒有退還，這是一家品質很差的酒店，建議大家不到萬不得已，千萬別去住！

非常非常好。旁邊就是麥當勞，就餐很方便。前台很好，最方便的是機場班車，很快就到機場了，非常方便，推薦

衞生和整個環境都非常乾淨整潔，前台也非常很有禮貌耐心解釋，停車都比較安全容易找到，設施齊全，非常適合短期停留

喜歡這家酒店，機場有shuttle 來回，司機很友好。距離地鐵站Crystal city 走路9分鐘，如果不開車是非常方便出行的，去博物館坐地鐵很快。房間夠大，晚上也安靜，有微波爐，旁邊是McDanld 和CVS。
